Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information Ideaxecution Technologies (OPC) Private Limited (“Ideaxecution”, “we”, “us”) collects through ideaxecution.com and our products, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. We have tried to write it in plain language. If anything is unclear, email contact@ideaxecution.com.

Some of our products have their own privacy policy with product-specific details. Where they do, that policy applies together with this one:

Apps we publish on the Apple App Store or Google Play (such as OneClick QuitAll) also show their data practices on their store listing. Our other websites, BMDB.fun and 9to5marvel.com, have their own policies.

In short

  • We collect what you send us (for example through a contact or waitlist form) and basic technical data about your visit.
  • We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used and Google Ads to measure whether our ads work. In the EU, the UK and Switzerland these only run if you agree in the cookie banner.
  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time.

Who we are

Ideaxecution Technologies (OPC) Private Limited, a company registered in India, is the data controller (the “data fiduciary” under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) for the information described here.

1st Floor, Commercial Complex, 69, Ratan Tower, Nehru Nagar East, Bhilai, Chhattisgarh 490020, India. Email: contact@ideaxecution.com.

What we collect and why

Information you give us

  • Contact form (Say hi): your name, email address, the topic you choose, your phone number if you add one, and your message. We use it to reply to you and, if you are a client or prospective client, to discuss and carry out the work.
  • Waitlists (for products that are not out yet): your name and email address. We use them only to tell you when that product launches.
  • Emails and calls: whatever you choose to tell us when you write or call.
  • Purchases: some products are sold through a reseller (“Merchant of Record”) or an app store. For example, Nix is sold through Dodo Payments, and apps on the Apple App Store or Google Play are sold by Apple or Google. They process your payment under their own privacy policies; we receive a record of the purchase and the email address used at checkout, never your full card number.

Information collected automatically

  • Server logs: like most websites, our server records the IP address, browser type, page requested, referring page and time of each request. We use these logs to keep the site secure and working, and delete them after 90 days at most.
  • Google Analytics: with your consent where required, Google Analytics records how visitors use the site (pages viewed, time on page, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type). We use these reports to improve the site and our products. We do not use Google Analytics to identify you.
  • Google Ads measurement: with your consent where required, Google Ads tags tell us when someone who clicked one of our ads goes on to download or sign up, so we can tell which ads work.
  • Cookies: see our cookie policy for every cookie we use and how to control them.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as health, financial account or government ID details) through the website. Please don’t send it to us.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run our business, and only what they need:

  • Hostinger hosts our website and the database where form messages are stored.
  • Brevo delivers the emails our website sends (for example the notification we receive when you use a form, and our replies).
  • Google provides Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement, and Google Workspace or similar email services we use to correspond with you.
  • Payment and app-store partners (Dodo Payments, Apple, Google) for purchases, as described above.
  • Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, under a duty of confidentiality, when needed.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or to a buyer as part of a merger or sale of our business (in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information).

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

How long we keep it

  • Contact form messages and related emails: up to 3 years after our last conversation, or longer if they become part of a contract that we must keep records of.
  • Waitlist sign-ups: until the product launches and we have told you, then deleted within 6 months. You can leave a waitlist at any time.
  • Server logs: up to 90 days.
  • Website backups: up to 90 days, after which older backups are deleted.
  • Google Analytics data: 14 months.
  • Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting law requires (in India, generally 8 years).

Where your information is processed

We are based in India. Our hosting and some service providers may store or process information in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses) for these transfers.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
  • correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
  • delete your information (unless we must keep it by law);
  • stop using your information for a particular purpose, or withdraw a consent you gave.

Depending on where you live you may have further rights:

  • India (DPDP Act, 2023): you may nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to, and you may raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer (below) and then, if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.
  • EU, UK and Switzerland (GDPR): you may also object to processing based on legitimate interests, ask us to restrict processing, receive your data in a portable format, and complain to your local data protection authority. Our legal bases are: your consent (analytics and ads cookies, waitlists), steps you ask us to take before a contract or performing a contract (replying to enquiries, client work, purchases), our legitimate interests (keeping the site secure, understanding how it is used), and legal obligations (tax and accounting).
  • California (CCPA/CPRA): you may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect and ask us to delete them. We do not sell or “share” personal information as those laws define it, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

To make a request, email contact@ideaxecution.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We will reply within 30 days.

Children

Our website and products are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 without the verifiable consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We protect your information with encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted administrator access, security updates and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe and will tell you and the authorities about a breach where the law requires it.

Grievance Officer

In line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000:

Sanniv Khare, Grievance Officer, Ideaxecution Technologies (OPC) Private Limited, 1st Floor, Commercial Complex, 69, Ratan Tower, Nehru Nagar East, Bhilai, Chhattisgarh 490020, India. Email: contact@ideaxecution.com.

We will acknowledge your grievance within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
