These terms apply to the Shirdi Sai Baba Live TV app (the “app”), published by Ideaxecution Technologies (OPC) Private Limited (“Ideaxecution”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in India. By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please uninstall the app.
What the app does
The app lets you watch the live darshan from the Shri Saibaba Samadhi Mandir, Shirdi, on Android phones, tablets and TVs. The live video is produced and hosted by Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi; the app finds the current stream and plays it.
Your licence
The app is free. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use it on devices you own or control. You may not sell, rent or redistribute the app, modify it, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows this regardless.
The stream
We do not control the live stream. It may be unavailable, delayed or interrupted at times (for example during maintenance by the broadcaster, or because of your internet connection), and its content is the responsibility of its publisher. The app is provided “as is”, without any promise that the stream will always be available.
Respectful use
Please use the app for personal devotional viewing. Don’t use it to record, rebroadcast or commercially exploit the stream without the broadcaster’s permission.
App stores
If you got the app from Google Play, JioStore or another store, that store’s terms also apply. The store is not responsible for the app or its support; we are. Google and the other stores may enforce these terms as third-party beneficiaries where their rules require it.
Privacy
The Shirdi Sai Baba Live TV privacy policy explains what the app collects (basic technical details only; no account, no ads).
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, and because the app is free our total liability is limited to INR 1,000. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and ending
We may update the app or these terms, or stop offering the app. We will update the date above when these terms change. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Durg, Chhattisgarh, India have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
